RMP Resource - Implementation
Implementation is the stage where all the planned activities are put into action. Before the implementation of a project, the implementor should identify their strength and weaknesses (internal forces), opportunities and threats (exterbak forces).
Implementation is the part of the project development process where
actually program the code for the project. It is a realization of a
technical specification or algorithm as a program, software component or
other computer system through programming and deployment. For example
software development tool contain implementations of programming languages.
Implementation encompasses all the processes involved in getting new
software or hardware operating properly in its environment, including
installation, configuration, running, testing, and making necessary
changes. Implementation should be quicker and less intrusive.

Implementation means deployment of the project.
Following steps can be followed for implementation:
- Understand the capabilities of software and what are the achievement of project.
- Define a project, its scope, objective and timescales.
- Carry out a technical and cost feasibility study
- Develop the business case
- Implement and rollout in stages
- Measure success against objectives
