Description: The aim of this project is to explore how digital media in future are made with the main focus on media planning and related decision making processes; explore how marketing resources are divided between different media and marketing activities; and furthermore, investigate different media channels available, their effectiveness, what stimulates the decisions that are made to reach such conclusions.
The development of digital media consumption is constantly changing and even though the utilisation of media vehicles may fluctuate upwards or downwards from time to time, traditional media such as television, newspapers, and radio seem to have remained relatively stable throughout the years in the Indian market.
The main objective is therefore to examine the underlying processes concerning decision making in relation to digital media and choices in order to get a better idea of how marketers and media planners approach the subject matter.
