This policy sets out how RM Solution manage shipping, return and cancellation of items/orders for its buyer at website readymadeproject.com. RM Solution may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.
Shipping Policy
- All items are in electronic copy, and will send as download link or an attachment to the customer email id, hence there is no physical shipping of items.
- Items will email (as an attachment or as download link) to customer email id within 24 hours time after successful payment transaction.
Return Policy
- Note that all the items are in electronic copy and hence there are no returns.
Cancellation Policy
readymadeproject.com and RM Solution reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. RM Solution at its sole discretion may cancel any
order(s):
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or

If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or He/She is project reseller.

For any reason outside the control of the RM Solution including causes for delivery related or technical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:

In case, the RM Solution cancels the order, the entire order amount will be refunded.

In case, the byuer cancels the order before the item has been emailed, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- However, the order items once emaild cannot be cancelled in any case.
- In case there is an option for online download of item than cancellation will not be possible.

In case of cancelled order/failed transactions, the bank/card transaction charges of the buyer, if any, is likely to be forfeited.

RM Solution offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds in the
buyers card/account.
