The software has number of validation features to ensure that the data entered is valid. Further, the system can be used to generate reports for class logbook, attendance register, parents intimation form regarding students performance, consolidated report on University examination results , cycle/model test report, students feedback, employers feedback, circulars etc. The user-friendly and growth oriented system has been developed using up to date Language and Database design.
