Description: The Project customer support portal is a software that is been created for the communication between the Human resource manager and the support team. It is developed using asp.net as front end along with my sql as back end. The Human resource manager will post his issues using this portal and as soon as the support team finds a solution they will send this solution with help of this portal. A research about the customer satisfaction was also done. The feedback was collected by means of a questionnaire through telephonic interview and email. This study has proven that almost all the customer uses the portal to post there issues. All the customers have given a good feedback about the customer support team in all aspects. This study has thrown light on the importance of Customer support portal and the need to have good portal like this to have a good relationship with the customers.
