The government-imposed restriction was in effect in about a third of the world. Finally, the pandemic destroyed the workplace and the culture. The importance of artificial intelligence, the need for a precise road map and the need for thoughtful investments in this area. The methodical development and application of artificial intelligence is urgently needed to realize its real impact in the next generation of industrial systems, namely Industry 4.0. It has been proven that the development of artificial intelligence is directly related to the quality of employee decision-making to improve industrial performance. The error-related aspects of instant decision-making can weaken the product line in addition to quality decision-making. In addition, the risks associated with the use of people in the daily management involve a certain continuity, which can cause serious problems for the company and its long-term viability. The results, tested with a simple random sample, were prepared in collaboration with other research that showed the positive impact of artificial intelligence on small-scale industries and increasing productivity at the factory.
