It ensures consistency and satisfaction of processes, materials, equipment and more, and works with all functions of the organization, from identifying customer requirements to fulfilling them at every transaction interface. Quality is a critical step in any business. The manufacturer must regularly inspect its products before distributing them to customers to ensure that they are free from defects. The service industry often requires post-employment evaluations from clients to ensure that its employees are performing company and activities. In some scenarios, negative results may have little impact, such as a short-term adjustment to a production process or additional training for an employee. But in some companies, quality control is critical, and the consequences of careless quality can be serious, if not harmful. These are the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The purpose of the study is to know the quality management system of an Indian pharmaceutical company in relation to Dr. Reddy.
