Description: The study is conducted to analyse why the STD usage by Airtel customers in STATE is lesser than the national average. For this study, a population of 3.5 lakh, Airtel customers in Kerala were considered. The study followed a descriptive research design with sample being selected only once. A structured questionnaire was used to gather primary information. The questionnaire was administered to the respondents personally and also via telephone. A sample of 200 respondents was taken from the population, which includes 100 STD users and 100 non-STD users. The following are the major findings of the study:
