Description: “A study on customer satisfaction with reference to financial services of DJS stock and shares Ltd.,” is the project title. The main objective of the research was to ascertain the level of customer satisfaction in DJS STOCK AND SHARES LTD., which was carried out a period of 95 days.
The research study conducted is descriptive in nature and the sample size used for this study is 115. The method used for this study is Primary data collection method. For colleting the data structured questionnaire was used in this study.
Percentage analysis and cross tabulation were used for analyzing and interpretation. This research mainly focuses on customer feedback and suggestions that would be useful to DJS STOCK AND SHARES LTD., to take necessary actions to solve them in a better manner.
The findings revealed that most of the respondents are satisfied with the company services. The research would surely help to forecasts the customer needs and help the company to take the necessary steps.
