At the end of this study the researcher concludes that the majority of the employees are satisfied with their training programme. From the findings and analysis, it is clear that the satisfaction level for each parameter is identified individually from the employees. This study would help the organization to concentrate on those parameters, which dissatisfy the employees mainly training faculties.
