Description: The study titled “A Study on Brand Promotion Strategies Followed by Swiggy and Zomato” aims to analyze and compare the promotional techniques adopted by India’s two leading online food delivery platforms — Swiggy and Zomato — in attracting and retaining customers in the highly competitive food delivery market. The research focuses on understanding how various promotional tools, advertisements, offers, and digital campaigns influence consumer behavior and brand preference.
Primary data was collected from 100 respondents in Mumbai through a structured questionnaire survey, covering diverse age groups and occupations. The questionnaire focused on factors such as awareness of promotions, impact of discounts, app usage frequency, loyalty programs, and social media influence. In addition, secondary data was gathered from online reports, articles, and company publications to supplement the analysis.
