Description: The study titled “Understanding Customer Behavior towards Samsung” aims to analyze the factors influencing customer preferences, satisfaction, and loyalty towards Samsung’s products in the Indian consumer market. With rapid technological innovation and intense competition in the electronics industry, understanding consumer behavior is essential for strategic marketing and product positioning.
Primary data for this study was collected through a structured questionnaire survey of 150 respondents, covering various demographics such as age, gender, occupation, and income level. The survey explored consumer perceptions of product quality, pricing, design, brand image, after-sales service, and advertising influence.
The results suggest that brand trust, technological innovation, and product performance are the major determinants of customer loyalty towards Samsung. However, the company must continue improving its pricing strategy and customer service experience to maintain market competitiveness.
