Description: This study has been conducted to analyze the buyer preference and satisfaction level with special reference to Yamaha motors in Thane district. Customer satisfaction includes mileage, good features, pickup& speed, resale value etc. There are three main dealers for Yamaha in Thane district namely supreme motors, balaji autos, Sri Ganesh agencies. But this study has been conducted with special reference to supreme motors.
It has been conducted at various areas of Thane district like Miraroad, Bhayander, Naigaon, Virar, Mumbra, etc. This study has been conducted using Stratified random sampling method with a sample size of 250 customers.
In this study Percentage analysis had been used and several statistical tests were used for analysis and interpretation of data. Based on the analysis, it is represented with suitable charts.
