This study aims at finding out whether customer’s expectations level matched their satisfaction level towards service provided by General Automotive Company, a prominent distributor of Mitsubishi Motor’s awe-inspiring range of sedans, SUVs, pick-ups and light commercials alongside the FUSO brands extensive range of commercial vehicles in Oman. This study further reveals the effectiveness in General Automotive Company towards the customer satisfaction.
