Primary data was collected from 100 respondents in Mumbai city through a structured questionnaire survey that included questions on product quality, service satisfaction, brand trust, after-sales experience, and the effect of peer recommendations on buying decisions. Secondary information was also reviewed from company reports, advertisements, and online reviews to support the analysis.
