Description: The study is mainly to find out the potential advisors for ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD of Jayanagar branch, Bangalore. The study is also to find out awareness level of ICICI PRUDENTIAL and the factors restraining one form becoming an advisor.The study revealed that the majority of the sample respondents are not willing to take up careers as advisor. The reason to this is due to high pressure , less conversion ratio, many follow-up activities, and cost inflexible. Majority of the respondents feels that advisor business is more risky than other business but the income sources is high. Because of this reason some people are interested in doing this business.
