Description: Hospital employees have higher levels of stress compared to other occupations in other fields. Work stress has adverse consequences such as fatigue, absenteeism, turnover, patient dissatisfaction, and especially for health professionals, it leads to misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis. The purpose of the study is to identify the source of stress in the hospital among doctors, nurses, paramedics, and non-medical staff using a case study of 150 employees of ABC Hospital in ABC city. The job stress survey was chosen to measure the job stress of employees based on job stress, job strain and lack of organizational support. The job stress survey maps stress severity, stress frequency and stress index for each of these three indicators.
