Description: A rapidly emerging trend is the use of artificial intelligence technology within modern economics. This study is an attempt to fill the research gaps related to the factors influencing the adoption of artificial intelligence in HR information systems and the intention of HR managers to use it. It empirically examines the effects of trust, technology readiness, enabling condition and performance expectation on HR professional's behavioral intention to use AI in HRM. Although fit facilitates, organizational size and technical readiness did not have a significant effect on the behavior of HR professionals on intention to use AI-HRIS. Finally, age and experience did not moderate the relationships of trust and performance with AI-HRIS usage behavior.
